  The room was spacious and clean. It had several secure doors to gain entry so was extremely safe. My room overlooked a piazza which was nice.   Pierfranchesco was very helpful, indeed he kindly helped my try andcontact the airline after I had discovered I had left my ipod on theplane!!   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on.   This hotel is in a secure building. The staff was great and very accommodating. It is in a very good location with in a couple of minutes to catch the bus, taxi, or train. - Great location with really access to the Repubblica metro station. Big rooms, not usual for europe!
