The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in every respect. - Loved Vicki the night Manager. Actually all the staff were great. The location was perfect. Could walk to almost anywhere!   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

You are a stones throw from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, its on a bustling lovely cobbled street with minimum noise as you are a couple of levels up. Everything is brand new and clean and decorated as you can see- with bright colours. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend.
