Staff at reception were corteous and helpful. Staff at breakfast were lovely and breakfast was lovely too. Great for a stop-over but not a lot around. Being able to drive car up to first floor and park right outside your room with a back entrance to your room was very convenient.

Location of the hotel is great, near good shopping in Saronno, easy togo for a nice day trip to Como (or Milano, but frankly not so impressed)and just about 2 hours away from the charming city of Alba and La Morra. - Although it wasn't in Milano, there were very good train connections to Milano.
