The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

A lovely, quiet room. Shared toilet. In room shower and sink was a nice surprise since we thought we would have a shared bathroom. Nice owners. Very convenient. Close to the train station. Great little sidewalk restaurants on the same street. Easy walking to the museums and piazzas. A delightful stay.

Our room was large with a small balcony which we enjoyed. The hotel is located on a quiet street and is an excellent location. The proprietor was very friendly and most helpful. - The staff was great.
