  You probably wont find a hotel which treats you nicer in Florence. The hotel is small but the location is excellent. The staff and in particular the manager is exceptionally friendly and sincerely wants you to have a good stay (more than you can say about many 4-5 star hotels). The value for our money was great and the location was perfect. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and there was a very nice restaurant next door for lunch or dinner. The rooms are large, clean, are in buildings that are hundreds of years old and have great character! Air conditioning works! We walked to most of the major landmarks like. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

  this was an ultra nodern hotel. the staff were helpful and professional. breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would stay here again if I travel to Florence - This hotel was over and above any of the 5 hotels we stayed in over ourhoneymoon. It was simply perfect.
