Excellent location, right near the villa Bellini and the delicious Arancini of Savia bar. Claudia, who receives you and prepares the breakfast every morning is very friendly and helpful, she definitely help us in organize our city trip giving us even a small Catania city guide.
The rooms are very clean and conformable. I was in the superior double room (with spa bath) and all equipment was new and fully working.

Super-friendly staff, very nicely-designed and clean rooms, charming courtyard - feels like an oasis in the middle of the city. 10-minute walk from the main area. Incredible bargain. This was the best B&B we stayed at during my east-Sicily trip, and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Catania again.
The room and its surroundings, the service, the breakfast. It is a small hotel with about just 7 rooms - so it makes you feel more comfortable. It is near to locations such as train station (about 15 mins by walk), to main street in Catania - Via Etnea, and the market.
