  There are many places to choose from on Capo Vaticano (just south of Tropea). We're glad we stayed at this hotel. We had a fantastic sunset view of the Stromboli volcano from our balcony. Our apartment, while a little small with sloping ceilings on the edges, was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was very nice. Swimming pool area very well kept - very very relaxing:)). Beaches around very good. Staff service excellent. I would love to visit Capo Vaticano again:)))) and highly recommend this place:)))

  Very kind and helpful staff! We truly felt welcome. Excellent breakfast. Lovely surroundings with banana trees and palms etc. Peaceful. The beds had been changed, we slept well.   We loved the welcome we got on arrival. The staff were always helpful and friendly. All of the hotel guests were invited to an evening at the beach to eat and watch the sunset. The evening was really lovely and the waiters did some Calabrian dancing which was fun to watch. We were then taken back to the hotel after an excellent evening. We didn't have a car whilst staying there which I would probably recommend that you did have. The apartments are in a quite location away from all the main amenities with some great views back across the town.
