Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular. First rate, across the board

Due to missed flights, I arrived very late on my check-in day (almost midnight). Staff were extremely attentive to needs to guests. They were charming, friendly and professional. Imagine having someone book a hair appointment for you in Killarney when you have never been there before. Clare did just that for me. In fact, they were consisently kind, humourous and efficient throughout my stay. My room had lovely views of the river, was clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The fact that I got a sound sleep was proof of that! The lounge was well furnished and stylish with a coal fire.

It was our best Accommodation in Ireland. It’s 2 minutes’ walk from the Centre in a very quit location. We had a big room very comfortable with a nice view on the mountains. Just when we arrived in the afternoon the lady prepared a tea served with some biscuits. The breakfast was excellent. I would like to add a few more words that describe brook manor lodge. OUTSTANDING WELCOMING FRIENDLY LUXURIOUS AND THE MOST AMAZING BREAKFAST!! Facilities in thexroom were second to none.
