When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who
took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful.
Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were
conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and
the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The
Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full.
I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre.
