We arrive late as our flight landed in Yogyakarta. Upon check in we were upgraded to a Executive Room and the service and staff made our stay memorable. Thanks for the complimentary fruits in the room. The service was excellent and 5 star quality, live entertainment was good, the desire to please us when we made a few complaints was a nice surprise and very appreciated. The food was very good.

Its clean, staff is very friendly, service is good. location, the view, airport pick up, nice. - The rooms were great, quite spacious, with balcony and green view. - Good breakfast buffet w/ lots of variety. Breakfast is quite good, bed is large enough. The Nature Swimming pool good breakfast. good & nice environments. Good scenery. Nice place and facility Lovely swimming pool Very attractive place. I liked it when I checked out. Breakfast. Hot water did not work and we had to wait 7 hours before we were upgraded to an executive suite. It took a bit too long to respond to our complaints, we had to call several times. The room facilities are getting old and in need of renovations to bring it back to 5 star standards. The swimming pool area and its surroundings are in need of upgrading and or repair. This was clearly a beautiful hotel many years ago and now it surely deservs to be renovated ASAP. there were constructions going on around the back of the hotel. - Caution: The other part of the pool bar area which is supposed to be dry (for guest who's not swimming) is often slippery. - No elevator.. Mosquitos in the room, toilet did not work so well, needs time for the hot water to run, really need to be renovated. Mosquito in room not good view from room. *the bed is uncomfortable anymore. Mosquito and lizard in the room. The water spray in the toilet is too strong. slow in service. Need more than 10 minute for check-in and check-out. Some staff not friendly. Superior room is worst. Not like 5 star hotel's room Soundproof is bad in superior room. This hotel is terrible ,it's meant to be 5 star I would rate this place as a 2 star,,rooms are dirty, no wifi connection in the room like I was promised , the manager was not interested in helping me , I was meant to stay here 3 nights but checked out after 1 hour and moved to another hotel , I would strongly recommend people to avoid this place I would rather sleep on the roadside than stay here. Not recommended. Too far from the city. It's an huge business hotel near the airport but far from the Solo city. We try the food in the restaurant near the swimmingpool and it was no good. It didn'nt look like a five stars hotel. And our room was also full of mosquitoes.
