Slightly loud at night as there is a club on the ground floor. I guess this depends on what room you get as to whether this really bothers you, but if you are a light sleeper or are staying with young children for a significant time I would advise a different hotel as this would probably get very annoying. Great for the party scene though!
Cental location size of apartment.
The 2 bedroom apartment we ordered was not available..Beds were very low to the floor for older guests! Layout strange at first but able to navigate quite quickly.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to shops, trams, buses and attractions.
You can walk straight past the building on arrival. A better sign would be very helpful.
Apartment is in the city center. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Metro station is very near.
Breakfast offered for the extra EUR5 was very bad. We tried it on the second morning but regretted it. Don't go for that option. There are plenty of places offering breakfast very near the apartments that offer absolutely lovely food and more options.
Wonderful Location, the house is very confortable
I really enjoyed my stay in Budapest and especially in the apartment 310,perfect location and very well maintained.I am very satisfied of the accommodation,good value for money,smooth check in and out(especially the checking out just dropping your key in a box next to the office).I am planning to come back 4 days not enough to see the highlights of Budapest and enjoy the night life. Wonderful location, everything is near from hear. Great choice if you want to explore Budapest as a pedestrian.

This apartment hotel is in a perfect location, and is a great size for a family. We all had plenty of room to spread out, and with two bathrooms we were able to get ready faster.
The bed was horrible. It was among the worst beds I've ever had at a hotel. The springs in the mattress were easy to feel, and by the third night I gave up and slept on the couch.
A comfortable apartment, well appointed, and in just about the best part of the city - Kiraly Utca, on the edge of the old Jewish quarter is like being 5 minutes from Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, Soho, Oxford Street and Hoxton all at once.

The location of the flats were very good. Walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast vouchers were also good - really nice food. The staff was also very helpful

When we arrived there was an overpowering smell of aerosol air freshener, like someone had let off half a can. Maybe the residents before us were smoking in there.

Booked the day before and got a good price of 79 Euro plus 5 euro for breakfast. Layout of apartments is a little odd, but comfortable. We had a one bedroom plus a fold out couch. The kitchen area was spacious for this type of place, but we did not use. It is located just a couple blocks from the main square in Budapest and in the bar district. Some noise from the night life, but not bad.
It was a little difficult to find because it is in sort of a semi-empty shopping center, but not much to complain about.
Location is superb. Having an apartment is very comfortable and gives lots of space to relax or make your own food or drinks. Apartment was brand new.

No bed!!!!! I expect a bed, not a sofa bed. In this set up a proper bed is more appropriate. Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. Stupid policy for charging separately for air conditioning.

Convenience to all sites, if on a city trip. The gentleman at reception was very helpful as our original booking was at another hotel and he kindly rang out return taxi company to advise them we had moved, ( we moved from hotel matayas, not to be confused with city hotel matayas), nothing was to much trouble. This is an apartment block and it has local residents also. You are within a 5 minute stroll to the metro, and many sites, chain bridge, parliament, st Stephens, plus the main "high street" which are full of cafe bars and restaurants

Due to the "party" location it was very loud during the night, people shouting and running in the corridors at 3, 4am.

Kitchen a good size, but not fully equipped for any major cooking -eg no tongs, fish slice, wooden spoons etc No plug for kitchen sink.
Great location. Nice spacious appartment. 2 Showers and 2 toilets was great for a group of friends. Patio was great for sunny morning chill out.

The staff reacted very quickly to a problem: fridge was not functioning properly. They tried to fix it immediately but as they were unsuccessful they upgraded us and gave also a refund! The location is really great in the heart of the city. The apartment is well equipped.

The location is one of the best,It does not look like a hotel but huge apartments modern building.One young girl at the reception , Just graduated from University and six months experience with this hote. She is young girl, but very smart and good attitude , her customer service ,was the best and I had been in more then 50 hotels for the last three years. And I have been hotel manager for more then ten years and wish good luck and a future opportunity to be a hotel manager.
Upon my arrival weather was hot and the manager, and the manager wanted to charge € 10 more per night I disagree and took an hour to solve there problem and manager gave me a studio with sofa-bed,which was not comfortable and the bed sheets were smaller then bed.and no value for $ 75 per night. The left on and off not working.Because of location and because of nice customer service and because I pre paid by my credit card I could not go any where.
