Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

itself was simple but clean. There is soundproof balcony doors (the
harbor is noisy throughout all the night). The staff was helpful, we
got some tea for free to enjoy in our balcony. We liked the breakfast
as well with a glass of fresh orange juice. I would definitely advice
it for other travellers (be sure to book a room with a balcony and
sea view).

Staff were insanely nice and extremely helpful. They let me check in early and because it was towards the end of the season they upgraded my room from a double to a quadrouple. You can book excursions around crete through the hotel. I booked a hike to Samaria Gorge, the old man at reception woke up and made me breakfast before the hike. It's also right on the town beach and 10 minute walk to the old part of Chania.

We spend 3 days in this hotel and can not say how much we amaze by friendly and warm welcome of Mr. Ilia and Mrs. Lena. So many things they care and they did for us make us feel like sons come back home. About the hotel: I love the place where we have breakfast every morning, it make me feel I just want to sit there, relax and go nowhere. I love 2 kitties. I love the view of sunset. Hotel is located near bus stop therefore you can go anywhere: to town, to the airport... and have not to stay in
