We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

My friends and I stayed in the hotel for the first night in Germany. We all like it very much. The staff, although only one, is very considerate and helpful. The hotel is not the usual one. Friendly environment, FREE wi-fi, FREE breakfast, location is less than 5 min walk from the tube(metro), only couple of stops from city centre.
Also microwave, fridge and iron available in the room.
And very important, cheap safe parking.

Friendly staff - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to drive to, easy to get to city center from. Travelling with our Golden Retriever, readily accepted the pet with a 10 euro additional fee.

Had a great stay here with one of my friends. The staff was extremely helpful, the room exceeded my expectations of cleanliness and space, and the area was key. It was my first time at a hostel and I was kind of hesitant at the start, but the staff made me feel comfortable right off the bat. When you get your key, it comes in a piece of paper that says "Enjoy a free welcome shot!" Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing...
Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.

Location (close to U-Bahn), quiet and availability of parking. - The staff all spoke good English , were more than helpfull , the rooms were comfortable , the car parking on site was good and the continental breakfast was very acceptable. The rooms were quite with no traffic noise.
