I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for a few days! The location was perfect - there were markets right outside your doorsteps, cool little cafe's and shops right around the corner, and close to public transport. We have two small children, and the neighborhood was very family friendly with parks all around it. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible, and the perfect size for 4 people. The hosts were very nice. It was a perfect stay!

The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The rooms are simple, clean, and quiet. The hotel is a little off the beaten track (not near an U-Bahn stop), however, the M4 and M10 trams are just one block over in either direction and are just as convenient--less than 10 minutes to Alexander Platz. - Nice and clean room. I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.

The Staff was extremely helpful, and assisted in arranging transportation and provided much great information about Berlin. Their help really allowed us to maximize our limited time there. The hotel is just a 12-15 minute walk from the O2 center, which was our reason for being there - a super +.

Absolutely everything.
The staff were fantastic....when we arrived we found that there was a mix up with our reservation. We had been allocated a 2 person room instead of a 4 person apartment. It was quickly sorted out with some swaps.
The apartment was fantastic, the WiFi was very solid and the location perfect.

When we arrived, the hotel didn`t know about our booking. It wasn`t
fully booked fortunately, so we had got an apartment much bigger than a
double room we have booked and at the same price. The room was very
clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.
The hotel is quite close to U-bahn station and there are many
restaurants nearby with a variety of food.

The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed.
While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys.
The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area
