  The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is located very close to the city centre and right next to a tram stop. It is on the main road but inward looking so peaceful. It's not far from the city center (it takes 7 minutes to get to Alexander Platz on foot), there is wi-fi in the lobby, rather good breakfast, though there is not big variety you can eat a toast, some cereals and drink a cup of coffee.
