From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent and remained that way throughout our stay. Ideal location to explore Cologne. The whole stay was perfect. - Hotel was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. Our room was beautiful with a fantastic view of the Dom.

We thought that the standard of cleanliness and service of Sofitel was excellent and the food in the restaurant and tapas bar was also of high quality. Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff

you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic.
The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central
station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great

My room had the best air-conditioning. It was very hot and humid in Koeln but I slept very well. Breakfast was good on the whole. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Location is superb right in the Hauptbahnhof.

There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

We arrived early, but they arranged that our room be prepared first so that we were able to occupy it before the official check-in time, without feeling that we were putting anyone out.
