Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

This is a beautiful hotel and we wished we could have stayed a month instead of 3 days. 4 poster bed was just as shown on the website. We weren't aware of the lack of an airconditioner as it wasn't necessary in the spring weather. Location was good once we'd found out where the nearest underground was (as opposed to Central Railway). -

- Great installation, everything looks new and clean. A lot of design furniture.
- Spa facilities are small but work very good.

Perfect location to stroll around Tiergarten and the zoo, more or less quiet street, very cleen and nicely decorated rooms, stuff is very helpful. Simply amazing!

Hotel I31 is a great design hotel in a good location in Berlin. The
staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told
the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in
less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a
big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for
Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are
interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of
options for meat
