The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful in every regard. On the day were leaving to catch an early train, the staff arranged for a packed lunch which was substantial and far beyond what we expected. The hotel could benefit from mentioning that there was a supermarket across the street as amenities like basic shops are difficult to locate in central Koblenz. This was an added advantage as we could purchase any essentials that were required.

The hotel is family-owned with the owners handling everything. The atmosphere is personal, people are extremely friendly, flexible and helpful. The room was large with several electricity outlets and a desk on which one can work. The bathroom is not super-modern, but functional. Everything is clean. Good coffee at breakfast. This is a friendly family run hotel in a quiet area near the Mosel. We loved the free cycle hire and think it's a great base. The food is superb and so is the wine! We think it was excellent value for money.

The view itself was fascinating but Koblenz and other old towns you can visit by boat are interesting and environment relaxed. The hotel has a good restaurant and there are many others on the waterfront - immediately adjacent to the hotel. You can also eat in the nearby old town and buy amazing ice-creams.

We really love this hotel! As we arrived the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. The room was terrific! It was spacious with big bathroom and 2 full-sized beds. There were plenty of parking spaces and it is free of charge. There were 2 elevators which were quite large comparing with other hotels.

Don't be put off by the multi-coloured exterior, this hotel is lovely inside with all the facilities you would want. The staff were friendly and helpful.
As it was pretty quiet the hotel automatically gave us a larger room than the one we booked - lots of space and a crisp, clean modern bathroom. Everything was smart and clean, good choice at breakfast, nice 30 minute stroll to Deutsche Ecke and the old town. We couldn't have asked for more at the price.

The staff were superb the room was large and comfortable double aspect view of the Mosel. The breakfast was a delight and evening meal was very enjoyable. It was a great location for access to the wien trail and easy access to Koblenz with easy parking.
