obsługa - This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.

dobre sniadanie - The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Shame to be alone and on business .would have made a great romantic trip. location excellent. energy clinic

The view is wonderful overseeing the harbour! The room is as well as high-tech and comfort. We were having fun in those high-tech buttoms close/open the window blades and turn on/off the lights. As an apartment, the facilities are very complete but simple. The last but not the least, the location is perfect in 15-minute walking distance to Reeperb

This was first time having a Suite. I felt like having my first compartment this time 60 m2 with a full kitchen, dining table, sofa set and a panorama view over Elbe river and the harbour. I bought some food nearby and wine and had a nice party with my friends in the evening.
It really pays of to have a suite not all needs to have it but with this resource you can make something very good with your business friends.

One of the hotels I would certainly recommend, and I have not even mentioned the location and parking. - The room and the bath were very comfortable, the dinner was excellentand we really enjoyed the view from our room. The hotel is right in thedown town so we were able to go shopping and visit the city without eventaking a taxi.

the room was very clean and new and it was very roomy. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is excellent, the street behind the hotel is full of restaurants. there are nice breakfast places there as well, so no need to pay for the hotel breakfast. there were some reviews about noise, but that was not my experience. we
