  The room was very nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Berlin - Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent - such a range of foods to choose from. All the staff were very efficient.

  The assistance provided by Viktoria, who I presume is the manager, prior to arrival and on check in was very helpful. The apartment itself was in a great location, directly opposite Jannowitzbrücke station and less than 1km from Alexanderplatz.   Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links.   My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase) and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (... co mówią ludzie » but there is an elevator), and then the spiral staircase up one flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. . . and free wifi! Just down from ur Hot - The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. I would suggest takeing the little more expensive comfort room because standard one is very small (at least mine was).
