As a single mum travelling with two teenagers, did not find the 'lively location' a problem at all, it added to the fun. No noise from other rooms or location during night.   The hotel is right by the Metro and in a very pretty square. The room was a good size and very comfortable with lovely views across Paris and the Eiffel Tower - we paid more for a 4th floor room and it was worth it.
