Beautiful roomy apartment. Well set out with a large balcony, excellent furniture, very comfortable proper bed, great kitchen and modern facilities. The 2 bathrooms worked very well and we had free wifi for the full 4 nights we stayed. We loved the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the furniture was of a high quality. Excellent location and very handy to the seaside, public transport and shopping. Able to walk everywhere.
wszystkie opinie » The place is small but perfect for us: a couple with twin 5 year old boys; it's not luxury but perfect if you like views and want to have a place accross the beach/seaside and still be close to everything. We would go back anytime. The stuff provided was functional ( ie cutlery, kitchen stuff, table etc.). The studio was nice, modern and quiet. Location was exellent in the middle of the city centre. Shopping Mall, food shop ja bakery just around the corner. About 10 minutes to the sea and to the railway station. Nice scenery from the window. Wifi worked very well. Good value for the money. Great location, pleasant studio, modern design, clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Close to sea side, nice restaurants, bus/train links. Definitely recommended for a young couple looking for a nice city break. Lovely comfortable and roomy flat with a real balcony that you could sit out on. Short walk to the beach and the sea, in a French residential area so easy to pop out to the boulangerie in the morning!. Great location - our apartment (duplex Gilly) was located in the old town of Nice, close to Course Saleya and the sea. Spacious, well equipped. Free wi-fi. Nice studio apartment well equipped not too far from the main centre and beach. Apartment was well equipped and was very quiet. Pretty close to the beach. There was not a lot to like. This apartment was dirty on arrival. The double lock was almost impossible to open. I could write my name in the dust on the furniture and when we walked around inside with bare feet our feet turned black. They charged us a bond which was more than our three days stay and when it came time to leave tried to charge us for cleaning. They said they didn't speak or understand English but were fine when it came to booking in but would respond to any queries after our boo. The location was ok. Nice is nice. .. None. Some items in kitchen need to thrown out (knives that were Broken). But really this is minor. It was a nice comfortable stay. Bed was hard and table chairs were difficult to sit. There were no cupboards, so there was very little room for clothes. There was no microwave oven. Our studio was further from the sea than what was marked on the map, when we reserved the room (because At Home Nice has many apartments and you don´t exactly know which one you get). Final cleaning was a bit extra work. Shower leaked slightly (isolation in the door needs some work), but once you know, very manageable. Nothing really. Maybe we would have liked more indication of the apartments exact location at point of booking. They don't provide the exact address at the moment of reservation, so you get your address just after the confirmation (a bit risky). Of course everything went ok in our case. Too expensive cleaning services. Waiting at the door for half an hour while the rental supervisor turns up. The large deposit required was not made clear on the letsbookhotel.com website. nois of motorbikes at night dogs dirt on pavements. Long waiting for the keys. At the time we were ther the air con broke down. The place is not easy to find at all. Bookings.com doesn't have the correct address. I spent over 45mins looking for the place. On top of that had to pay €30 for checking after 6pm. Also had to have the room clean before departing!!!! Not the best thing when I was pretty sick and didn't have any strength. No hook to hang shower. Bath grubby, bath curtain much too long. Appartment too far from bus rouths. Area very grotty & didn't feel safe. My wife would not go back to or up to appart. on her own. Not a lot. Even for the price we paid we were appalled. Ants, Dust, Screw driver lying around the floor, no cot for baby, whn cot finally arrived there was no mattress for the baby. Terrible! We left after 3 days of a 7 day holiday. I want a refund for the nights not stayed!!!. An awful experience with bedbugs in the beds and very non-receptive personnel coming and creating the chaos and disorder in the apartment during your absence.
