Auberge La Fenière is situated between the charming Mediterranean villages of Loumarin and Cadenet. The property is set in a private gardens amongst olive, fig and cherry trees, at the foot of the Lubéron. All the air-conditioned rooms at Auberge La Fenière vary in design. There are 7 inspired by local craftsmen, 5 decorated in a contemporary style and 4 with authentic farm house décor. They all come with a private bathroom, a TV and free WiFi. A breakfast is served on the terrace, in the shade of the fig trees. The restaurant serves gluten and lactose free meals made from fresh local produce. Guests can choose from a large selection of local wines and also take cooking lessons. Excellent restaurant. Both Bistro and main restaurant. Probably too much food - bring a doggy bag! Evian in the bedroom. Quite large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Gorgeous setting with olive trees and vegetable plot. Just lovely grounds and all the staff very friendly and professional. Location - about a mile from Lourmarin which is a delightful village with an excellent market. About an hour from Aix (by car).
