  The rooms are ok - but not the biggest.. ;-) The location is near the "main street" in Lourdes. "La Grotte" is 800m away - but you can walk through a street full of restaurants, pubs, ice bars, etc. - friendly and well-mannered staff. efficient and hazzle free check in and out.A pleasing stay.

  The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

  The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help! The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.
