We had a plumbingproblem with our original room and immediately we were upgraded to abetter room at no extra charge. We will stay there again, found thelocation excellent and we enjoyed this hotel more than the expensive 5star hotels where we previously stayed in Paris (Champs Elysee area).

Great place to stay, breakfast really good and plenty of it. Very accommodating for family's. Lots of hot water and room/whole building very warm. Area very close to Paris Nord 10euro taxi ride or 15 min walk. Metro in Paris not very kind to strollers if traveling make sure you take at 'quicksmart' or small stroller.

Location was good for our purposes with easy access to the Metro and train stations. I very much appreciated the tiny balcony with the view of Montmartre - especially at night. The staff were cordial and helpful.

Hotel is close to metro. There is a small supermarket at the corner of the street. Pubs, Macdonalds etc., are nearby. Rooms were very clean and equipped with all necessity things,towels,shampoo,tel. etc., Furniture is modern.Wifi everywhere.Towels were changed everyday.Rooms are airconditioned.Beds are big and comfortable.Staff was helpful. -

I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!). The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.
The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs. The bathrooms are nice and clean. We didn't pick the breakfast option as it's down in the basement when Paris is just outside. Free Nespresso coffee in the l

The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). The hotel staff were very friendly, accomodative and made my stay a pleasure!.

The location was brilliant, within a quick walk of The Marais and all it has to offer. The attitude of staff was most helpful as well. Cleanliness was tops, and a nice change from some hotels I have found in the past. All in all, everyone did all they could to help me during my stay. Also for someone who isn't a good sleeper, the quietness of the hotel was most pleasing.

First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.
