Location could not be any better close to all the attractions, eateries & shopping, very clean rooms, breakfast fast quick and easy , helpful staff, the perfect place to stay will certainly be back and recommend it all travellers. -

I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. -
