  location (district and quiet surroundings) - I liked the area a lot, since it was an urban residential area. I had awonderful dinner for a low price at a nearby restaurant, and most peoplewalking by waved at the owners. - easy to find, small room but clean, tasty breakfast..no problems at all..I would recomend Villa Van Gogh

  It was a perfect stay and I totally recommend this hotel to anyone whodoesn't have a car, since car parking in the front of the hotel can belittle difficult but this is the only disadvantage. When using metro forgetting around, it is near two metro stations, staff is very helpful andthe rooms are very secure.   This is such a lovely, small hotel in a fabulous location for touring Paris on foot, centrally located to most of the major sites and attractions. The staff is warm, friendly and most helpful. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet, and a welcome respite from the busy city. We would return witho - We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.
