  The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room.   The hotel is right by the Metro and in a very pretty square. The room was a good size and very comfortable with lovely views across Paris and the Eiffel Tower - we paid more for a 4th floor room and it was worth it.
