room is spacious, bathroom is spacious. there is a balcony, bed is comfortable.
room is not that sound proof. We were simply talking at our normal voice and the person at adjacent room bang at our wall. Then after we went to sleep, we can hear the TV sound clearly from the next room.
The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area and Rue de Antibes with it's restaurants and shopping are at the end of the street. The beach can be reached within 5 mins walk making the location excellent.
it was situated just in the right spot for what we wanted to do on our visit to cannes
nothing
the hotel is very close to the railway station.rooms are small but very comfortable.Minibar a plus as there is a supermarket next door, as we didn't take the breakfast option. We had a small balcony which added to the comfort of our room. Noise not a problem.Short walk to beach front and all attractions. You don't have to spend a fortune to stay in Cannes
Location, air conditioning always kept our room nice and cool, staff were very friendly and informative.
Internet was terrible. Once connected worked great just the codes were always unreliable.
lovely stay and clean
room is too small
the a\c was running already when I came into the room and was not turning off when leaving, fridge, nice decoration, 150 m from Croisette nice staff very clean
hassly internet connection system 130 m from the hotel parking (28.50 Euro\day) with queue 10' sometimes to get in(14-15 Aug)
Everything was great, good position downtown city / sea and near in a parking area (with 10% discount in the clients of the hotel) Friendly and polite stuff
The hotel was near the train station and some nights had noises around.
Good place near to promenade, see, in the city centre, very nice staff, quite small rooms, fridge in the room, better to choose rooms superior in calmer part of strees
Wifi didn't work all time during our stay, and the staff was really unable to fix it
Loved the AirCo.. Worked perfectly and was super cold. Just what I wanted after a hot day strolling around. Hotel staff was amazing. They speak excellent english and helped with any questions I had. Bed is also really comfortable. For 100 eur a night, you can't beat this place. Best value ever in French Riviera.
Shower was a bit tight, because the curtain kept coming in and touching me. (Ew) lol Hard to sit down on the toilet to pee because the sink is RIGHT THERE so you literally have to squeeze in. Don't get a room by the breakfast room if you plan on sleeping in past 8am... you will hear every single dish and silverwear from that room. haha
Location of hotel excellent. Train station easily accessible. Walking distance to beach, shops and good restaurants.
Lost wi-fi for a day which is annoying when you are travelling - went to Macdonalds and accessed their free wi-fi
Nice renovation of an old interiors! Clean, neat, comfortable bed and bathroom. Excellent value for money.
Breakfast was good, fresh crossiants and great coffee. Place is clean with all amenities and design in mind.

It was clean, location was good. I didn't like being near the train station. It was somewhat sketchy. Areas dirty around there but needed the parking lot which was close as we had a car.Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom was updated. Staff was nice.
