Breakfast was super, with several choices and all very tasty. The room was very well furnished, comfortable and cozy. Very nice bathroom. It has direct access to the mall, thus very convenient if you need any purchase (even Carrefour is there).

The hotel is situated very close to Terminal 1 Cairo airport. The hotel has also provided a shuttle bus to bring the customers to their respective terminal at the airport. You just have to request for the shuttle bus during the check out

the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.

The reception - Mamook is very helpful and friendly. My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up ! He is truly a gem in the hotel.

There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. -

As a backpacker, staying at the pvi was a luxury, but all things
considered, this hotel was very inexpensive for the regular traveler,
and to be honest, they could charge a lot more and get away with it. The
staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly, efficient, genuinely helpful.
The breakfast was not of my liking, as it was too greasy, with cold
fries/chips, but a typical Egypian meal- not necessarily bad. But
what this hotel extra special is the view. Without any doubt, they have

We arrived at the hotel a few hours earlier and the staff at the hotel
allowed us to have an early check in. We tried restaurant in 12 floor

I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.
