The staff was very helpful, it was very clean, breakfast was excellent and it's beautiful and in a great location.

It was quite noisy and the breakfast was relatively expensive.

The staff of the hostel was the poorest I have met in a very long time during my travels. Huge lack of flexibility by the owner lady, luckily someone else from the team tried to fix things... The beds are quite old, the smell in the rooms close to the showers is very bad, a place with potential but badly managed.

Great location, clean toilets
(a) the receptionists were not friendly at all and very unhelpful. I was given only 1 key although I was with my wife and kid, and during check-out they even insisted that I was given two! (b) nobody knew where I could rent bikes, although Denmark is supposed to be very bike friendly country. (c) the staff seem to have no knowledge about tourist information. (d) we had to rent even the utensils in the communal kitchen!
