Location right on Old Town Square - walking distance to all the sites - magical with Christmas tree, lights,Xmas market,churches right on doorstep. Breakfast across the square in Bond Café run by a lovely young couple.

Expected to have 3 x double and 1 single beds but ended up with 2 x double and luckily large bed on another level. Not a major problem as we all friends.

Great location, very clean and warm. Stress free transfer from airport direct to the door. We will certainly go again and hopefully in the same apartment.

We were suposed to leave at 10:30 which they kindly extended to 11:00 but as our plane did not leave until 15:30 we would have prefered to leave the apartment more like 12:00. But in their defence I assume they had to get the place ready for the next rental.

Two bedroom apartment and nice decoration with full kitchen equipment. We stayed at apartment no 24. Location is perfect which can walk to Charles bridge only 5 minutes and also old town square. Staff I very helpful

Payment in cash only for euro or czk. No credit card. Since they've got several apartment, please make sure with staff by send them an email before your check in date to check whether which apartment will assign for your booking coz reception and apartment located in different place. If you have big luggage must make sure taxi to drop you and check in place and wait to send you to apartment you will be assign.

Everthing. The apartments were overlooking the Old Town Square. Easily the best location in Prague. Very clean and roomy with everthing you could ever need. We will definately book again for our next visit to Prague. We had to phone the staff one evening and they were very helpful and friendly. First class.

We could have done with some instructions for the tv and home cinema system.

A fantastic location, with beautiful views of the square the apartment was stylish, clean and fully equipped, we will definitely be returning to theses apartments when next in Prague.

#The Room Is just in the Heart of Prague old town square #The Room is Spacious & has all type of amenities required #Great view to the old town

#No Room Service or Room Cleaning #Reception is not in the place, its far away & hasn't much knowledge #Windows bring the noise & smell from outside to the room "Noisy" #Checkout timing is 10am !!

The location is perfect

One bathroom is not enough for an apartment for four people. They also dont change towels everyday.

A lot of food smell and smoke from the restaurant downstairs and from the BBQ stall nearby comes inside the room even though the windows are closed There is only one toilet for 4-6 people is not enough

Location is ideal if you want to visit historic Prague.

Reception is difficult to locate since street numbers are not serial.

Clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Near the Old Town Square, but quiet. Great staff that is very helpful and attentive to individual requests.

Drapes could be heavier to keep out light.

The location of the apartment made it very convenient. We were able to walk to most of the tourist sites. The apartment was tastefully appointed and comfortable. We were greeted on arrival at the apartment as we took advantage of having the Apartment staff organise our taxi ride from the airport. Our greeting and booking in was very welcoming and efficient - a real pleasure.

There was no clothesline/horse. This was a little strange given the washing machine.

The location was excellent and the apartment was the best I have had in Europe. Highly recommend this apartment. Fyi Apartment #4 is where I stayed and is perfect.

Location - it does not get any more central. Windows overlooking the Square. Also, the apartment was quite spacious and fully equipped.

Perhaps only the noise from the Square, I.E. performances, people talking etc. but som might view it as a plus.

Central location, good facility

1St floor unit is hot in summer with no air conditioner and you can not open windows because of the restaurants and their kitchens smell and hot keep on going up into the unit; the noise from square keeps on till 2am. No receptionist-no sign-no instruction-no email reminder for checking in at different location far away. Bathroom leaking on 4th floor unit

Fabulous comfortable spacious apartment. Nicely decorated with modern kitchen, all appliances entertainment and WiFi. In excellent position overlooking Old Town Square. Great view from window and convenient for all sightseeing and shopping. Staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged transfers for us from train and to airport and offered great information on the local area

Location is just perfect , right in the middle of old town square. The apartment itself is perfect , comes with fully equipped kitchen. Plus 3 real double beds suitable for 6adults easily.

The only downside is ONLY ONE bathroom for 6ppl to share. Not so practical eh??

Excellent location directly facing Old Town Square and only 5 minutes to Charles Bridge and main shopping avenue. Clean and neat and spacious.

Everything is almost perfect except that there was no black-out curtain to block the early morning dawn sunlight from the outside. The few days that we stayed, we woke up as early as 5 plus am, and we slept pretty late light 1 plus am. So lack of sleep .(((

Perfect location, clean, free WiFi, staff was amazing! They picked us up from train station in the middle of the night.

Excellent location - could easily see the sights from here. Safe neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed with enough beds, coffeemaker, tea kettle, and blow dryer. Apartment was attractive and new. Staff was helpful and located across the street. Wifi worked well most of the time.

No toiletries provided. Breakfast - probably was not worth the added expenses since the main plaza with Starbucks & cafes were just 2 blocks away. Pillows are odd - so flat and soft that we had to fold them over several times to rest our heads comfortably.

Interesting high end custom finishes in the apartment. Great location right in the square.

Parking was fairly far away and a hassle.

Apartment looked directly on the square but noise was well controlled despite revellers.Absoutely no complaints,liked this place.You need to go to a different address to sign in then you are escorted across to the apartment,a 4 min walk.Only problem are the cobbled roads,tough on your suitcase wheels!

There were hairs on some of the bed sheets. Although very central, it is located on a small side street which we found difficult to find having never visited the city previously. I thought we should have been escorted to the building from the reception area, it wasnt a huge issue but would have been helpful

Great location in the centre of Prague, easy to walk to all areas. Plenty of pubs, resturants ect. Near to the metro, castle & many historic parts of Prague. Would stay there again...no problem !

The location is excellent, a walking distance from the castle and the old town. Additionally the hotel room is an apartment refurbished, really nice and cozy,

There is a problem with the hot water and boiler. If you are in a big group, you can have problems and wait for more than one hour to have a good and hot shower.

I liked the location, because it is near the main square of the city and many good restaurants and other interesting things to see. The size of the apartment was very good, a lot of space, big rooms and kitchen. The kitchen had all utensils and equipaments needed.

I didn't like to do the check in in a place far from from the apartment, because we had to carry the bags about 6 blocks to get the apartment. The room was not very clean, there was too much dust under the bed and furniture. The towels were not new, and seemed to be not well cleaned. The water from the shower didn't get hot enough at many times and the toilet got very wet after each shower. The shower was not good.
