We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. It was located in the Old Town Square, in the heart of Prague. The staff all spoke very good English and the breakfast was good. There was a luggage room which we used after checking out at 11am which was very handy as our flight did not leave until 9pm. The hotel showers were excellent. walk to most of the tourist sites. The apartment was tastefully
appointed and comfortable. We were greeted on arrival at the apartment
as we took advantage of having the Apartment staff organise our taxi
ride from the airport. Our greeting and booking in was very welcoming
and efficient - a real pleasure.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely. Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.
