  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

  The man in the reception was really nice. The facilities are clean and quiet. It is in the city center , but is isolated of the noise. The breakfast was also good .In general , really nice - The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town Square. Staff is friendly and efficient and the room very spacious and romantic.

  It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay.   This hotel was brand new with superb facilities. It's got everything you need. Perfect location, close to public transport and just behind the cathedral. Wifi works great. Rooms are super clean. It was so nice and cosy that we didn't feel like leaving. - The hotel looked renovated and everything was new. It was in the heart of Prague. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square. All of the interesting attractions were close and yet still you had all of the bars, cafes and restaurants as well. Wifi worked great. It was great value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful as well.
