After a not-so-great experience with a booking at another apartaman, we decided to try our luck at getting a last-minute booking at Villa Gravić. Evanna the owner of villa gravic could not be more helpful when 17 of us landed at her door when she was expecting 10. She couldn't do enough to accommodate us and gave us great advice on local amenities. Half of our group were flying to Ireland at 6.45 am with the rest flying to the uk later that day. She provided a mini bus to the airport and let those leaving later check out late, both were much appreciated. This is a quiet family run block of apartments and would suit people looking for som

Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really

The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics. Truly an excellent value for the money! -

The Batur family was quiet helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was clean and well kept. Bus stop is nearby - 5-10 mins walk. A further 10-15 mins bus ride to the old city. Bus is also frequent. a local shop is nearby. lot of restuarants nearby to spend a nice lovely evening. Locality was nice. Overall a good experience

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Owner Jelena and his husband were excellent. Well maintained facility. Full kitchen. Room with air conditioning. Laundry machine in bathroom. Sattellite tv. Nice sunny. Laundry is well dried. Pobyt byl komfortowy. Sniadanie bardzo smaczne. Dziekuje za wspaniala rezerwacje - We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. Excellent location - right on the beach. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Spotless studio with new furniture and all necessary equipment. Parking place is provided in front of the house. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarket, cafes, beach bar and restaurants in radius of 100m. Center of Zadar is only 10 min away by bus. Nice sand

Great location just a few meters from the beach. Room was comfy and the area very calm. Lovely old lady running the show when I was there - the mother of the owner I think. She didn't speak English but that wasn't really a problem. Coffee and a shot of slivo on the house upon arrival. What else can you ask for? Great overall value.

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! The apartment was just as nice and clean as described. You can have a private parking place behind the house. The staff is really nice. Anything you could ask was no problem for them. I strongly recommend it for you if you like to go around the city all day and in the evening the only things you need are a clean and comfy bed and a shower. -

Great room in a perfect location. Very close to everything you need in Zadar. We especially liked the apartment/suite kitchenette and proximity to the fresh market, which helped us enjoy fresh figs and grapes, homemade olive oil and great Pag cheese for very little money. Accommodation was as we expected it to be from description and reviews. Perfectly fit for purpose. No problems about checking in early. Plenty of off street parking. Helpful owner. As previous reviewers have said, the walk into town was a very pleasant 20 minute stroll. Lots of restaurants on the same street as the apartments within 10 minutes walk. About double that to get the sea view whilst eating.
