Everything was great, especially Host was great. He told us the most
important things. Location is in the center, very close to old town (150
m). Apartment was large, comfortable and nice (even for 5 person) And I
need to add, I left my couple of things in Apartment and the host sent
it to me abroad, after I left. Thank You!.

Good and sufficient reception, quick response. Spacious apartment is in quiet residential area, but in close walking distance of town centre. Clean. All facilities are available. Public parking on the street (no fees).
The host was very friendly. The apartment is well equiped and very stylish. The balcony has see view. Great location just the opposite side of old town, 5 minute walk.
The apartments are so clean and they went above and beyond to make the place welcoming. Spacious also and the location just couldn't be any better.
Hosts are really great, it's easy to contact with them by email, they always respond. Also it's not so far to city beach which wasn't crowded.
We loved the apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly. Would stay there again.

If you are 5-6 friends om a city weekend it is an ok apartement for a nice price.

Everything is good.
Minor dislikes. Apartment is on 3rd floor, no elevator. But that was mentioned already. Only partial A/C (no A/C in doublebed room or living room), though you can cool down whole apartment, if you leave doors open. Neighborhood doesn't look appealing, but it's safe at night.
Fridge is too small for 4 people and freezer works very hard and evrything in it was extremelly frozen.
The first impression of the neighborhood was not good, but it turned out to be safe and people were friendly.
Misleading name: the appartment is not in the road in front of the bridge, but in a street with old buildings. No bay view !
There was no carpark when we arrived at 8 at night, unlike what was stated. But we found one a few hundred metres away.

Location. althought it was close to old town the street level access appearance was unkept with garbage cans, narrow streets, clothes lines, poor lighting, no elevator. only one key for 4 people. It was a little scarry at first blush since we arrived when it was dark out. We didn't realize that the high rise accommodations was a residential building.
When you approach the area it looks like a getto. According to the
owners it is a safe place. We did not experience anything bad during our
2 day stay. Finding a parking space might be difficult in summer. No
elevator available apartment is on 3rd floor!!!.
It was a lot of stairs....
We luckily arrived just as a "manager" was leaving. Otherwise,
it might have been confusing about how to get the key and pay.
Photo was deceptive as to "seaview"; we had a small glimpse of the harbor.
