The owner of this apartment was so helpful, picking us up from the bus stop and giving us lots of useful tips. This was a budget friendly apartment in an excellent location right near the old town of split and one minutes walk from local shops and restuarants and about 15 from the ferry and bus stops. The location is top class. The air conditioning was the best we had in Croatia. Our apartment had a great balcony for sitting out on. Great value city centre apartment which had everything we needed. My wife needed a hair dryer and the owner arrived with one within mimutes. Also arrived with beach towels when we asked if we could borrow some.
The accommodation is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the bus station and main port. There are a plethora of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Check in was great and Mario, our host, was there when we arrived. Everything was effortless. Great price, free wifi, maps and guides to help with onward journeys and helpful staff.
We enjoyed our stay at the Centrum apartments. The apartment is located in the city centre, close to Diocletian's palace and the main street. The apartment is clean and tidy with everything you may need. The owners were very friendly and willing to help with all our needs. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Mario was the perfect host, he went out of his way to make sure we had the perfect stay. The location was amazing, quit at night, tough close to everything. The apartment was newly renovated, clean and very cozy. We really recommend this place!.

The appartement was very clean and confortable (good bed, good shower with hot water, etc.). The position in the city is good (close to old district).

Room was very clean, with modern furnishings. Location isn't far from old city, and everything is within walking distance. The family was helpful with providing maps and accommodating us with an early arrival to store our luggage.
Central Location.
A small thing - the owners have a number of apartments within the building and some have been refurbished - ours was not. Not a big deal but it was advertised as refurbished so we would like to have known.

The apartment could get a little noisy, with lots of people passing close by (the apartment was on the second level). In general the city felt a little less friendly compared to others, however nothing the apartment owners could do about that.
Bathroom smelled bad. Old furniture. Appeared nicer in letsbookhotel.com than
it actually was in reality.
