Good central location 10 minute walk to the Lake, really clean and friendly staff.
Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.
The room and especially the facilities were quite nice.
The hotel is close to the West lake (only 10 minutes to walk).
Late check out until 2.00 pm possible.
Room size was too small.
The room was not really clean. There was a lot of dust on the floor and on the table/sideboard.
The entrance is a bit hidden in a side street.
