The hotel location is really great. Close to metro stations and the surroundings are really pleasant for a walk, to dine out or to buy anything you may need. Great staff too. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.
The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

The Aubrey is clearly the premier, high-end boutique hotel in the
Bellavista area, with a specialty in catering to foreigners. Good
breakfast, and a private bar / piano lounge - you can even fix
your own drink if you like (on the honor system for paying for it
later). The area was great too, right by the zoo. They make good pisco
sours as well. -

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. After a hard trip in the Galapagos, we enjoyed the hotel and room so much, the staff we worried as we didn't emerge from our room until late! Rooms, facilities, bars, service, breakfast - 5 stars all the way.
