First,location is very good. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is more than adequate. The kids enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with good selection. - Close to amenities and close to convention place.

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

- I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is an airport hotel and our expectations were realistic. In fact,
they were surp[assed: we had a couple of problems which the reception
staff helped sort out+ both generously and efficiently (many thanks to
them). It's on a main drag in a largely Chinese area; there's a
big shopping mall 5-7 minutes' walk away (turn right on leaving the
hotel) and a choice of local restraurants. Parking is safe and free;
continental breakfast perfectly ok. Airport a short and easy drive away.

Staff were very good, polite and friendly. answered all questions well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. Food at Fogg and Suds attached to the hotel not bad. -
Ralph at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered overall amazing service!

Price was good, room was comfortable , breakfast exceeded expectations as it was included in rate and staff very helpful. Also very convenient to airport and shuttle available. I was impressed that my taxi fare Eastcliffe immediately refunded as I arrived at airport at 1.45am and shuttle no longer running. -

We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from a Skytrain station, so an evening visit to the Vancouver waterfront is easily achievable from this location. -

I got in at 4 am due to a flight delay and the staff let me stay later than the usual checkout time. - It is pleasant, comfortable, practical and clean with everything we need at hand and any information easily obtained. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We always stay at this hotel when we are catching a flight. The late check out option is very handy if you are catching a later flight. We also love that it is close to Costco. The shuttle is very convenient and the included breakfast is adequate -

Great place for the price I paid through your website. Quiet location yet not far from the airport (free courtesy shuttle every hour). We were travelling from Vancouver Island and stayed one night on the way to airport. Hotel very convenient for both places. The staff were welcoming and friendly. the room was spacious and well decorated and furnished. Loved the pool. Breakfast was scrummy.
