Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and

It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

It was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
My stay was neither business nor lesisure. My daughter was in the hospital. The hotel was close enough to walk there. -
The receptionist offered me to explain the different sites to visit in the city and the map, buses to take, good places to eat and it was very kind.

Great location, short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great design, we stayed in a medium king room, beautiful loft style. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great! Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious! Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Montreal, could not have been better! Would definitely go back!

The location of the hotel was superb. Right in the heart of the LatinQuarter. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms decorated nicelyand extremely quiet to our delight. The staff were very helpful. We stayed four nights with an overnight trip to Quebec City in the middle. They stored my large bag for the night. The hotel is very close to the train station and to a node shopping district. Great place to stay. -

Staff was friendly. Club level was an EXCELLENT value. Pool and gardens were amazing. We kept having to remind ourselves we were in the middle of a city. When it was time to explore Montreal we were steps away from the heart of the action. -
