  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay!   Gem in the forest! My family is 5 people with 1 infant travelling from Thailand for 10days in Canada. This is the most impressive hotel we stay in Canada because of its style & location! Unlike lake louise that seems to be so popular, Emeral lake is a gem in Banff that we mostly recommended.   Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. The friendly reception staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or request from me.   We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.
