  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool.   We really managed to relax. The view to the mountains from our apartment was breathtaking. I used the pool a lot because the water temperature was very warm and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and we took the advantage to have it served in the room.   Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

  The Staff were excellent. Friendly, couldn't do enough for us and all with a great sense of humour . We also had a great chef who produced great food. Very clean and very good value for money.
