I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average.

It was a nice value for the price -- a three bedroom apartment for the price of a nice hotel room here in São Paulo. On our floor (the 10th) there was a large area with a bbq which was nice for the kids to play outside.
The whole apartment smelled quite badly. There is a problem with the sewage system and the pipes in the bathrooms and kitchen area smelled awful. I had to open all the windows. The other thing is that it is advertised is that there is a kitchen, but there is not. There is a refrigerator and an open space with a sink, but there are no stovetops or oven or pots, pans and plates.

This is my second time in the hotel and the rooms in the winter and spring are so cold! They dont have a hot air conditioner!
I think that for the money it is the best value for a 3 bedroom apartment. The facilities are quite basic but worth it if you need to sleep 5-6 people for under 250usd!
Some of the rooms have a terrible smell, the staff is not very willing to go the extra mile to help.

check in 2 hours early and they charged 50% extra and gave very small room (I booked/paid for 48m2 and this one was less than half for 150%) I would not stay in this hotel again as staff v-e-r-y burocratic with check in / check out and they cancelled 2 night without reason.
