  Driving from UK to Germany, Steenhove B&B is located 3 minutes from motorway. Building itself is wonderful, a converted mushroom factory with barrel vaulted ceilings. Owners were very accommodating & helpful. Small bar in hotel, but no restaurant; however, owner directed me to a great local restaurant 5 minutes drive away.   We felt at home and were made very welcome. Hilde provided all the information needed from where and how to travel by train, to brochures/booklets on Ghent and Bruges. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.
