Very friendly staff, a wide range of dishes for breakfast, comfortable location - just 3-5 minutes walking to the underground station Karlsplatz. I stayed in the hotel in December and the room seemed to me being cold, but the staff helped me to regulate the heat system and everything was all right.

the Hotel is in a good location. is quite tidy, the rooms lack space and do not have a good look. the lobby is nice, but the rooms missing elegance considering that the hotel has four stars. the staff is nice and always willing to help. in the vicinity of the hotel there are plenty of restaurants at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Vienna is beautiful, would like to come back.

We had a lovely room on the 5th floor. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and tea and coffee as well as cookies were available all day. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The Sunday concert was lovely and a real plus.
Very little. We dislike liquid soap and it was the only thing available for the shower and sink. A small gripe - otherwise we really loved the Beethoven.
Our room had an incredible round bath big enough for two and very deep. Rare in a hotel room, the toilet was separate to the bathroom which was a welcome touch. The room was large with a seating area and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing. The welcome chocolates were a nice touch.
The low hanging chandelier was beautiful to look at but did bump our heads a few times. Not a big deal though and didn't detract from the overall standard of the accommodation.

The room was nice, we had tea/coffee facilities in our room and the breakfast included in room price was delicious - very good variety. The location is great - you can easily reach any part of Vienna from there.

Excellent location and facilities. Close to a strip called the market with a variety of restaurants and food merchants. In walking distance of museum district. This was our third stay at the Beethoven Hotel and will stay there again on our next visit to Vienna.

The location is ideal as it is close the Secession, the Museumsquartier, Karlskirche, the Opera, Café Sacher, etc as well as to public transport (Karlsplatz Underground station and Ring trams), yet it is very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, obtaining concert tickets for us at short notice. The breakfast selection is excellent. The musicians who performed in the salon on Sunday afternoon were world class. Should we return to Wien, we would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel, full of character but also has the modern touches you would want. We had a newly renovated room on the 5th floor - beautiful period bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location is very good for the Nachsmark!

the basic-"standard" double room..is real small..for that class of hotel and price range, and we probably got the smallest on the floor ( by floor drawing plan posted on door..) which show quiet a lot of variations in size and plan of rooms ..and the additional 20 Euros per day for near-by garage parking ( no parking at hotel) add significantly to total price.
Very good location, quiet but centrally located. The staff is super. Good Wi Fi reception from everywhere within the hotel. Lobby + Mezzanine with free coffee and tea a definite plus.
A single elevator for 6 floors is sometime too slow. Breakfast varied and rich but tasteless.

Single room well appointed and larger that most single rooms I have stayed in. The location near the market and Karlsplatz is excellent. The breakfast was very good with superior selection.
The bathroom had a shower in the bathtub. The shower enclosure on the tub was half open yet a little too confining.

Excellent breakfast and cleanness. Comfortable and very quiet room (classic double room). Several restaurants and services (mini-market, ATMs, drug stores, etc) nearby. Friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Eva). They take care of each detail to provide a confortable stay. The classic concert at the hotel mezzanine on Sunday evening it was great. For sure we would stay there again!
A handrail in the bathtube would turn the shower safer. The floor of the tub is a little bit slippery.

On our three month trip through the USA, Europe, Dubai and Singapore we stayed at a over twenty hotels. Your hotel was one of our favourites and we would recommend to anyone that they stay there.
Wonderful we will be back! What can you say about a hotel that unexpectedly provides a concert of such quality in a small and intimate setting.(wow) The breakfast was also lovely. The hotel is very close to the underground. ( having elevators a plus)

Nice hotel located near Opera and Kartner Street. Friendly staff and good breakfast with many choices of bread, meat, eggs, sweets, fruits and coffee. On sunday evening was a piano concert in hotel lobby which we enjoyed a lot. The wifi worked properly and the rooms have refrigerator.

Rooms were a bit dark making it difficult to read at times - could benefit from a central ceiling light.
The breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location, it is right in the city center, it is very convenient.
