  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time.   I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing.
