it is a nice (and clean) place to stay for few nights if you have business in klagenfurt, like I had. although location seems to be unfavorable, because of motorway proximity, it is actually the example how to turn weaknesses into strengths.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nice breakfast and also served dinner if you did not wish to travel back down the hill to the main village. Room was clean and we had some limited views to the lake. Most residents ate the evening meal here.
