Clean, good location with a wide variety of restaurants within the area. Local supermarket just across the road which was very convenient.
The stove was too small and there was a limited amount of space to cook, ideal for making pasta only. There also needs to be more clarity on how to go about using the gym and free wifi in the bedroom. Bathroom and room door locking system is very dated. Would be helpful if the hotel could provide more information on their website about airport transfers.
Sensational view. Excellent location - train station close by; opposite supermarket; lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance; short walk to CBD through the Botanic Gardens; close to parks e.g. Rushcutters Bay.

The facility is in a great location, active neighborhood and approximately a 10 minute walk to the museum,botanical garden, Opera House, and etc. The room is as described in the pictures. The hotel could be updated a bit such as new carpet, paint, shower, and etc.
I did not like the room bathroom. The shower needs to be updated.

perfect location. Right opposite a Woolworths. Plenty of restaurants around. Just a short walk to Kings Cross train station. Great lively neighbourhood. Free Fitness gym acces just 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Bed was not good. Very poor lighting in bathroom.
The location was spot on, helpful staff advice on places to go ,travel options etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
The only thing that I could fault was the parking especially at w/end .if you later than 6.30 pm you had little or no chance to park and the 30 dollar parking fee I thought was a little high seeing that you were aresident

The staff were very helpful. The view from our room of the Harbour Bridge and Opera house was amazing. Location was really close to everything and made it really easy to get around and see everything. I would definitely stay there again.
I was expecting the rooms to be a bit bigger. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

The front desk was always helpful. Paolo was a great help to me. I stayed in room 912, which had the greatest view of the opera house/bridge, as well as the business district. The room was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure.

The staff were all very friendly, professional and had good knowledge on the city and how to get around. The hotel was very clean and the view from our room was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, very pleasant helpful staff. Good view left and right to Harbour Bridge and Rushcutters Bay (Building in front but that was OK). Shuttle bus to airport. Quiet, comfortable bed. Older hotel, but well maintained.
I liked the location, loved the friendly staff, and cleanliness. The view from my room 810 had a direct view of the opera house, bridge, and business district.
The cost of wireless internet is high if you want it in room. $5 per hour or $15 per day. However you can get free wifi in the lobby area.

Our room on the 9th Floor 914 had spectacular views from the Harbour Bridge to Sydney heads. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Pefectly placed to walk into the city. Buses, train and taxis all easily available. Minutes to everything you could possible need. The staff were lovely and gave me the early check in I reuqested.
It was almost perfect but the soap dish in the shower was broken off and hadn't been replaced.

The space in my apartment was very small. The quality of amenities was not great. The sign on the hotel was not clearly visible and I had a little trouble finding it.

The staff was ready to help with any issue. I liked that it was out of the city, but not so far that it was an entire trip into the city.
View from our room compared to my friends room was a little disappointing, but he did pay more for a water front view. So I guess that's more my fault.
