I phoned Laurie? Manager I think, was fabulous, directed me, and then came to find me as I was from Melbourne and public transport is not my thing!! So that was very considerate and kind.They both gave me transport directions for me to visit my elderly Mother. I will be visiting her several times during the year and will use your property. Really wonderful stay at this place. Comfort, quiet and clean room. The receptionists there are very helpful and friendly. Just about 5-10 minutes walk to another street, there are many restaurants there for food.

The receptionist - lady I spoke to was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Dora, the other receptionist I had contact with was lovely as well. Spotlessly clean, nice white linen, windows open and view over district (deluxe rooms); restaurant is friendly and quite good food for a motel. The room which we were in was quiet, bed was comfortable and room was clean, towels changed every day. The vicinity to the location we needed to be. The staff were very accommodating to our needs. Frienly staff, very clean room but a little noisy because of an existing highway near it. Ease of parking, Close to Lane Cove shopping centre, Friendly Reception staff. It is getting a bit old but this is offset by the location and facilities in the room. n/a. It's a bit overpriced for location; and restaurant dinner menu is quite expensive for a motel. Kettle was rusty. Noise from adjoining room, dated bathroom facilities, uninviting dining room, Dripping tap, Noise from Pacific Highway. Looks a bit old when you arrive, but the room was great. Can' think of a single thing. Needs warmer blankets or Quilts. Taps would drip (damaged washers), bed light had blown globe. bit too far from public transport. not enough shops close by. No lotion or conditioner in the bathroom dispenser units. The distinct smell of bleach in the room when we arrived. A little noisy - Our room near main highway. Facilities a little dated. The room was small, dated and power points did not work. The motel had no real atmosphere of welcome. Parking was a problem. I would only recommend to business travellers. location out of main city.... Location of motel was a bit hard to find situated rear of bike shop off main highway. The facilities are a bit dated and needs to be updated to a better standard. Not convenient if you don't drive. is a motel over priced rust on a serviette rack rust on the curtain barre leak under the vanity, floor wet on shower flap bum curtain. Although clean, facilities look tired and old. Everything else was terrible. Beds were filthy dont think they were washed since the last people that stayed there. cockroaches in the bathrooms and the whole room was very damp. Will not stay there again!.
